Request External Users to Upload Files

If you need external users to share files with you, choose one of the options below based on your needs:

Upload Only (More Secure)	Upload and edit options
Use this option when you need external users to just upload files. You can share the link with multiple users, and they won’t see each other’s files. Once they upload their files, they cannot see the files uploaded.	You can share the folder externally (following the knowledgebase article) and choose the “edit” option. Users will be able to upload files. If you share the link with multiple users, they will see each other’s files. They can’t rename or delete, unless you share by email and choose the edit option.
ONLY on the Web: Right click on a folder and select “Request Files”, enter a description and copy the link.
