- Press on Join or create a team and from right panel select Create team.
- Choose Staff Members
- Type a name for the new team, add some description if you want and from Privacy dropdown menu select Private or Public depending on your requirments.
- You can add people now to your team by entering their email and then pressing Add button, or you can press Skip and add them later.
Note: By default every guest who is invited to this team will receive as a name their email, if it is his first time joining our tenant you can choose another name instead of his email by clicking edit button near his name.
Note: You can’t remove (Guest) from the name of external users, as it is used to specify who is an external user for the rest of the team.
