How to move product access from Facility purchase to Individual

1) Locate the iMIS ids of both the Facility's Primary Contact or whomever made the initial purchase and the intended individual.
2) Using the "Move Activity" iqa located $/_AASM/iDMS/Move Activity, determine the sequence id for the activity associated with the Primary Contact/Initial Purchaser.

3) Adjust the query so that it filters based on the sequence id that was just pulled. Verify that only 1 record is returned. Save it.

4) Go to IDMS (CSI Cloud) - > iUpdate

5) Select the "Move Activity" iqa and verify that the parameters expect Sequence equal to the value you set in the iqa. Click "Update".

6) Map the Sequence Number to be matched on to the column for Sequence.

7) Map the iMIS ID to an input with the recipients iMIS ID, make sure no column is selected (see below).

8) Submit the task and verify that the activity has transferred.

9) Celebrate.
