For a tax exempt customer:
visit the purchase history tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
For a tax exempt facility:
visit the transactions tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Fill in the tax exempt field to mark the customer or facility as exempt. This will not charge them taxes in the future for any orders.
