If they don't have a membership subscription that can be used to generate an invoice follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to the organization that you wish to Add or Renew a Facility Membership.
2. Click "Actions"
3. Click "Add/Renew Facility Membership"
4. Adjust the price if necessary.
5. Click "Add to Cart" button.
6. Click "Go to Cart"
7. Click "Pay Later"
8. Click the "PO number" field.
9. Enter a PO Number.
10. Click "Submit Order" button.
