Providing Dual Membership

Use this guide when reinstating or providing a new dual user with an AASM and SRS dual membership.

This guide will show you how to provide dual membership access to users.

1. Visit members.aasm.org and locate the AASM member. Click into the customer record.

2. Open a new tab in your browser and visit members.sleepresearchsociety.org and locate the corresponding SRS member. Click into the customer record.

3. On the SRS side, click on the "Membership" tab

4. under the "Membership Details" section, enter the iMIS ID from the AASM organization and set the "Give Dual Member Discount" to TRUE and select Save (use the iMIS ID from the AASM tab you opened).

       EXAMPLE: if the AASM iMIS ID is 12345 and the iMIS ID on SRS is 54321, you would enter here 12345 and                 check the "Give Dual Member Discount" to TRUE and Save (see image below).

EXAMPLE FROM SRS INSTANCE:

Keep the SRS tab open and click into the AASM tab.

5. click on the "Subscriptions" tab

6. under the "Membership Details" section, enter the iMIS ID from the SRS organization and set the "Give Dual Member Discount" to TRUE and select Save (use the iMIS ID from the SRS tab you opened).

    EXAMPLE: continuing with the example above, if on the AASM side, the iMIS ID is 12345 and on SRS the iMIS ID      is 54321, you would enter here 54321 and check the "Give Dual Member Discount" to TRUE and select Save (see       image below).
