Paying an Invoice
1. Click "Purchase History"
2. Click the check box in the "Pay" column.
3. Click the "Add To Cart" button.
4. Verify the pricing is correct by expanding the drop down arrow in the Invoices table.
5. Populate the Payment method, Name on Card, Card and Billing address as needed.
6. Click the "Submit Order" button to complete the transaction.
