- Once a guest has been invited to a team he will receive an email from where he can actually start his session. Press Open Microsoft Team.
If user has a Microsoft account associated with the email address he was added to teams, he will be prompted to the final step where he needs to log in and choose what to use: online web app or download a desktop version of Microsoft Teams.
If user doesn't have a Microsoft account he will be asked to create one with his email in order to use Microsoft Teams.
- This field will be completed with the same email address the guest used to be added to teams.
- Type in a password which will be used with this Microsoft account.
- Type in your phone number press Send Code and after you will receive an SMS with the code press Next.
- Type in your code and press Next. After you verify your email the set up is finished.
- Last step is to decide which to use Web app or download the desktop version. (Desktop version is preferred if users use the same computer all the time, otherwise they can use the web version)
