Transferring exams/credits from one user to another

Important note(s): We can not transfer exam history (responses) unless you manually go in take the exam for them.

1. Have the user create an AASM Guest Account or create one for them on AASM.org (if they don't already have one).

2. Create a badge for with the correct Badge Type and Item.

3. If they don't have a Oasis LMS account contact IT to have on created.

4. Under 'User Info' on the Details for User click 'Sync Purchase'.

5. Under 'User Courses' on the Details for the User select 'Not Started' from the Drop down list.

6. Find the Course and click 'Start'.

7. Impersonate the User.
8. Select the course/sub course then click 'Course' followed by 'Access' (Repeat this for every applicable course).

9.1 Sign out as the User and return to their details page and then find the course(s) under 'User Courses'.

9.2. Click 'Answer Exam' and enter the score that they passed with on the wrong user account.

9.3 If you refresh the page and have this error click 'Finish Course' and put in the score you previously entered. If it worked correctly you will see a giant green check along 'User Name has completed Course Name on Date'.

9.4 Repeat this for every applicable course.

10. Go back to Salesforce and remove the badge from the wrong user.
