How to use Teams Conference Rooms (At the Office)

Use Outlook to reserve a Conference room (Teams or Zoom Meeting)
 1. Open Outlook, and go to your calendar.

2. Select New Teams Meeting in the Teams Meeting section or New Meeting, then Teams Meeting.

3. Under the Location field, select the desired Room, or if you are using Scheduling Assistant,  Select Add Rooms or start typing the conference room email address: Darien, Westchester, Rochester, NewYork

4. Choose a room from the list of available rooms.

5. Complete the meeting invitation as you would for any other meeting before sending. Make sure the Room, is added as an attendee. 

*If you have an existing Teams or Zoom meeting, simply invite the conference room to the meeting as another attendee

Join a meeting in the Conference room
 
1. Once you invited the conference room, the meeting will show on the tablet screen. 

2. Start the Projector first

2. Press Join to start the meeting on the tablet screen

3. You can start a new meeting by pressing the MEET button and then invite internal users to the meeting.



 
Share screen during a meeting
For Teams Meetings
If you need to project on the screen during a meeting you may connect the HDMI cable on the table  directly in your laptop and it will automatically share your screen to all participants.
You may also join the meeting from your laptop, but be sure to tun your audio off to eliminate the audio feedback


For Zoom Meetings
Join the meeting from your laptop, but be sure to tun your audio off to eliminate the audio feedback. Share your screen.



 
Project on the screen without a Meeting
If you need just to project on the screen without a meeting, turn the projector on and connect the HDMI cable in your laptop.

 
Swap Screens
If you would like to swap the image from the projector screen to the monitor below, follow these steps:Graphical user interface, application, Teams
