How to Update Company Floor Map

1. Open the current company floor map.

2. Second, make the necessary edits to the floor map and save the updated version as Floor Map.pdf. You can make the necessary edits to the floor map using your current browser. Check below under "How to Save PDFs using a browser" to find exact steps.

3. Click here to update the floor map. Click 'choose file' and select the file you saved in step 2. The file must be named Floor Map.pdf. Click 'upload file' and the file will be uploaded shortly.

How to Save PDFs using a browser

    Chrome

    1. Make the necessary edits to the floor map.

    2. Click the print button in the top right.         

    3. Select Save as PDF under destination and click save.

    Internet Explorer

    1. Click the Save as Copy button in the top left.

    Firefox

    1. Click the print button in the top right.

    2. Select Microsoft Print to PDF under select printer and click print.

    Edge

1. Click the save button in the top right.

Uploading to the Intranet

After uploading the floor map to the Intranet, you may need to refresh your webpage using CTRL+SHFT+R or clear cookies to see the updated changes.
