Instructions for AASM front Door Access

To enter the AASM building you can use an Access Card or your Phone.

For Access Card option, please follow steps 1-3 

For Phone option please follow steps ALL Steps below

1. You will receive an email from: Unifi Identity Cloud with the subject line: Welcome to AASM, <Your Name>
    
    
2. Click on “Activate Unifi Identity Account” link from the email.
   
   
3. At the login screen, please select Microsoft Office 365 to login. First time you will be asked to setup a security question. You are not required to setup the optional MFA Methods.
   
   
   
   
   If you would like to use your Phone to unlock the front door, please follow the steps below
   
   
4. Install the Unifi Identity Enterprise mobile app on your phone from the links below, or simply search the store for Unifi Identity Enterprise
    
   For Apple, Click here.
   
   For Android, Click here.
   
   
5. Open the app.  When prompted for myworkspace, please enter: aasm and click continue
   
   
6. On the sign in screen, please use the AASM O365 Login
   
   
7. Allow Identity notifications when prompted.
   
   
8. Tap on the circle with your initials on the right side and go to Mobile Unlock
   

   
   

9. Please allow Bluetooth Permission
   
   
10. There are two options to open the door depending on what permissions you set inside the app.

    If you allow the app to have location access all the time, you may scan with your phone even if the app is NOT open. If not, you must open the app before scanning your phone for entry.

    1. Hold your phone parallel to the scanner, almost touching, but NOT like a remote control.
       1. iPhone users - scan either the front or back of the phone
       2. Android users have better connection scanning the back side only. 
    2. You'll hear a doorbell sound followed by "Welcome YOUR NAME" and the sound of the door unlocking.
       
       **You may also open the door from the app by clicking on 'Doors' icon.
